General Patient Information Thank you for choosing Houston Methodist Imaging & Diagnostics at Sugar Land Hospital. Important note: Due to specific preps for CT Abdomen and/or Pelvis, or other CTs with contrast, please call to schedule an appointment. You can reach the scheduling department at 281.274.7170 option #2. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We have implemented new safety measures for your upcoming appointment at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital due to COVID-19: When you arrive: 1. Drive into the Sweetwater parking garage. Find a map of our campus on this web page https://www.houstonmethodist.org/locations/sugar-land/. 2. Check in at the garage attendant's booth 3. Park and remain in your car until you receive a text or call from our imaging team 4. Please remember to wear a mask To protect our patients, physicians, staff and community, we are allowing only one visitor per patient for outpatient testing. Visitors must be 18 or older and must wear a mask. Patients who have tested positive or are under evaluation for COVID-19 will not be permitted visitors. Thank you for understanding as we stay committed to keeping our community as safe as possible. For insurance purposes, an order from your physician is required for your appointment. If you have the order, please upload it to this appointment form, email it to MSLHImaging@houstonmethodist.org or fax it to 281.274.7101. If we do not have your order on the day of your exam, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
